Dr. Jayme A. Sokolow is founder, owner, and president of The Development Source, Inc. a Washington, DC metropolitan area company that helps businesses and other organizations develop proposals, primarily to federal, state, and local government agencies such as the US Department of Defense, Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, and the Department of Energy. Over the last ten years, he has been involved in successful proposal efforts totaling more than $50 billion as a Proposal Manager, Volume Manager, Proposal Writer, and Strategist. Dr. Sokolow has supported over 150 client projects since 1991, primarily for small- and medium-sized businesses.
